The Outback Golf Bar was created by two golfers who have lived and played golf in this area of Thailand for a number of years, and realised there was something missing.
We're based on the Siam Country Club road about twenty minutes from the beaches and infamous delights of Pattaya. Amid lush green palms and eucalyptus groves, and within half an hour of a dozen or more fine courses, we are the ideal base for golf.

A few changes to the Outback golf schedule for the future.
With the 'Golfing High Season' not far away, we are currently reviewing our monthly schedule for the coming months. We are hoping to continue our weekly visit to Khao Kheow, although the day of the week may change; and we have yet to finalise a deal with Burapha.
Phoenix, Emerald and Green Valley will also feature and Pattaya Country Club looks set to remain the regular Tuesday venue. If possible we will also reintroduce the alternate course idea for those of you who prefer to walk. Watch this space!

In future we will have a central pickup point in town which will be at Mike's Shopping Mall and Second road. The bus will normally be there around 7.30am and will depart for the bar at 7.45am. Groups of three persons or more can still arrange to be collected from your hotel :- Mon, Tues, Weds & Fridays.
You can play competitive golf with fellow golfers.
Ladies welcome too.
Regular stableford tournaments. playing in three divisions.
Mon 13th Sept - Burapha - 10am
Tues 14th - Pattaya Country Club - 9.30
Weds 15th Sept - Phoenix - 9.44am
Fri 17th Sept - Khao Kheow - 10am.

Recent events have prompted a rethink on our 'pick up in Pattaya' policy. All too many times our driver has been running around trying to find a particular hotel or having found it, the person we are due to collect is either late or still in bed. Whilst we know that is an occupational hazard, it can be unfair un the passengers who have already been picked up or are still due to be picked up.

The PSC handicap committee is shortly to discuss the use of DROP ZONES to speed up play, due to vagaries on certain local courses, particularly pertaining to use of yellow and red stakes causing players to deliberate as to where to drop and often dropping incorrectly.
